What does a wedding day look like with us by your side?

  • I'll be on-site for 8 hours - rain or shine (and let me know if you need more time with me)

  • I'll ensure all of your decor is set up to create your vision in your ceremony space and reception area (including centerpieces!)

  • I'll serve as the first point of contact for your vendors, fielding any questions that come up during your event and keeping everyone on the same page

  • I'll execute your timeline to ensure all of the important activities of your big day have their time to shine and make adjustments as needed

  • I'll pack up your decor discreetly while the party is in full swing in order to facilitate an on-time close out

  • I'll be your personal assistant throughout the day to ensure that you drink plenty of water and get to spend your day fully immersed in each moment.

What impacts pricing?

Pricing can go down for low guest counts (less than 50 guests), certain venues or destinations.

Pricing can go up for high guest counts (more than 150 guests) to reflect a bigger team to adequately cover your wedding day. Pricing can also increase if you would like to work exclusively with Rachel.

coordination

Includes: 1 consultation meeting to discuss your vision, 1 virtual meeting to create your timeline and lock in your final details, venue walk-through, vendor confirmations, rehearsal coverage, 8 hours of on-site service, decor set up and tear down, vendor coordination, and timeline execution, serving as the first point of contact for your vendors, guests, family, and most importantly - you and your partner!

investment: starting at $1,500


planning

Includes: planning meetings every other month, 1 virtual meeting to create your timeline and lock in your final details, venue visits, venue walk-through, rehearsal coverage, vendor negotiations, vendor confirmations, tracking planning timeline, tracking budget, design guidance, and day-of coordination services:  8 hours of on-site service, decor set up and tear down, vendor coordination, and timeline execution, serving as the first point of contact for your vendors, guests, family, and most importantly - you and your partner!

investment: starting at $3,000


Virtual consultations

Includes: a one-on-one online meeting to get you started on your planning journey, brainstorm solutions and solve any problems that have come up, get advice from an expert, or set up your timeline.

investment: $100/hr
