    My husband and I booked Rachel as our month-of and day-of coordinator. At the month-of mark, we already had most of our big day planned out, and while we were happy to have the support of a professional coordinator we thought it would just be a nice-to-have as we crossed the finish line. Boy were we wrong. We are SO glad that we had Rachel with us in the final stretch, and especially on the day of. Even though we were pretty organized, the final weeks were super stressful. There are a million and one logistics happening, all while my husband and I were trying not to get too overwhelmed by the stress. Communicating with Rachel was so easy, and she never seemed phased no matter how many random questions, emails, texts, etc we sent her way. She stayed calm and positive, which kept us calm and positive. And on the day of, Rachel and her assistant transformed our entire venue into exactly what I had envisioned. There were details that I hadn’t even told her I wanted (like napkin folds, extra flowers on our cake, how to decorate our dessert tables, etc.) that she went out of her way to surprise and delight us with. She kept us fed during the night (fed us twice because our first plate got cold while we were talking to guests), made sure we got cocktails, and helped us stay on top of our schedule. At the end of the night, when everything descended into an all out party, Rachel made sure we didn’t have a single worry other than hanging out on the dance floor with our guests. She closed up the venue, made sure gifts and extra food left with the right people, and seriously held down the fort. I didn’t think my husband and I would be raving about our coordinator the day after our wedding, but that’s what we were doing. Thank you Rachel and team for being absolutely amazing.

    I couldn't image a better person to have help me and now my husband on our wedding day. I would recommend Rachel and her team to anyone and everyone. Rachel was always a text or email away before the wedding with any questions I had even with her wedding just a month before! From my mother in law needing to be sewed into her dress to plates being forgotten for the cake, Rachel and her team stayed calmed and assured us everything would be okay. I would hire Happily Ever Adventure Co without a doubt time and time again. Truly wonderful people.

    My husband & I thought we had everything under control with our wedding planning, but we soon realized we were in desperate need of a day-of coordinator! We reached out to a few SoCal FB wedding groups for recommendations & multiple couples suggested Rachel from Happily Ever Adventure Co. We checked out her page & ended up requesting a consult. She was so prompt & friendly to work with right from the start! She said she could meet the next day which was such a huge relief considering we were only about a month out from our wedding. Rachel got to know us & learn what our wedding vision was. She did a venue walkthrough with us, attended our rehearsal, & was always available via text or phone! She honestly made my worries fade away & was confident that she would make our day one to remember. The day of our wedding was absolutely wonderful! I am very grateful to her & her team for being so pleasant to work with. I would 100% recommend her! If you are on the fence about it, do it! You will not regret hiring her. P.s. honestly if we could give her more than 5 stars…we would!

    This review is long overdue, but I wanted to take the time to finally write one because Rachel deserves high praises. My husband and I got married in an intimate destination wedding ceremony, and we were only looking for a day-of coordinator to assist with our local wedding reception. We were fortunate enough to get in touch with Rachel who went above and beyond the typical day-of duties. She spent time collaborating on our vision, offered to complete a venue-walk through despite needing to drive several hours away in less than one week’s notice, and was always so responsive with any questions or concerns we had. We established a positive rapport and trusted her with our special day. Rachel is very experienced and coordinated our reception with ease. She and her assistant set up the venue so quickly. Rachel executed most of the minute details and checked in with us throughout the day. Rachel has a positive attitude and is amazing to work with. We highly recommend her!

    Rachel was absolutely amazing!! She went so above and beyond what we were expecting. We hired her as a day of coordinator, but when we thought we might have to change venues last minute, she went with us (and by herself) to different outdoor venues to help us figure out a plan B. She took the time with us before the day to think through each detail and communicate with our other vendors, and everything went so smoothly. We had some complicated logistics because our ceremony was in Joshua Tree National Park and we had to bus everyone in/out and pack everything in and out that we needed for the ceremony. Rachel was amazing with the setup and breakdown of both the ceremony space and the reception space. Every detail was taken care of and it took a lot of stress off!
